Welcome to the 31st Annual
Yukon Learn PGI Tournament for Literacy!
Tournament Update
Since 1992, the Yukon Learn Society has hosted the annual Play Golf Invitational Tournament for Literacy, formerly known as the Peter Gzowski Invitational. This year, we are thrilled to celebrate our 31st anniversary of this incredible event, which continues Peter Gzowski’s legacy of raising awareness and support for adult literacy across the Yukon.
Last year’s tournament was our most successful yet—thanks to the generous support of Yukon businesses, organizations, and individuals, we raised over $80,000! These funds directly support free literacy programs across the territory, helping adults overcome barriers and improve their education and employment opportunities.
As we move into an exciting new chapter, Yukon Learn is proud to announce our new 3-year strategic plan, focused on supporting Yukon businesses and job seekers, with the support of Yukon Government, Economic Development Department. Through skills training and education initiatives, we’re committed to helping individuals find, maintain, and advance in employment, strengthening our communities and the Yukon’s workforce.
We’re looking forward to another incredible day at Mountain View Golf Club this summer! While the course will undergo some maintenance upgrades this season, Mountain View has assured us that adjustments will have minimal impact on the game and pace of play. However, some hole sponsors may need to share a hole due to the course layout changes.
Join us for a fun-filled day of golf, prizes, and community spirit, all in support of literacy and education across the Yukon! Together, we can continue to make a lasting impact
